GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ASHTANGA YOGA (LED HALF PRIMARY SERIES)
Ashtanga Yoga is a physically demanding practice synchronizing breath with movement through a set series of progressive postures to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Students are guided as a group through half of the Ashtanga Primary Series. This class is for people of moderate to high fitness levels.

POWER VINYASA YOGA
Power Yoga is a vigorous, flowing class that connects breath with yoga postures. It offers a challenging workout and is designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. This class is fast-paced and is for people of moderate to high fitness levels. Be prepared to sweat!
